  1. In a bowl, whisk together all the dry ingredients.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the wet ingredients.
  3. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  4. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Using a scoop or ladle, pour the batter into the pan.
  5. Sprinkle your desired amount of chocolate chips onto each pancake.
  6. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown.
  7. Serve warm with your favorite toppings!

Tips for Perfect Pancakes

Do not overmix the batter, a few lumps are fine

Let the batter rest before cooking for lighter and fluffier pancakes
